With a professional career in the real estate and property management industry dating back to 2007, I bring extensive experience and expertise to effectively safeguard and enhance your investment portfolio. Throughout my tenure, I have successfully managed in excess of 1,000 properties alongside a dedicated and highly skilled team, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering superior service and maximizing asset value.
My comprehensive understanding of real estate investing is complemented by a technical background in the electrical field, supported by a degree from the Thaddeus Stevens School of Technology. This unique combination of skills allows me to approach property management and investment opportunities with a well-rounded perspective.
I have actively participated in a wide range of real estate strategies, including property flips, the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) method, turnkey properties, as well as multi-family and single-family residential investments. Over the years, I have successfully guided investors through more than 1,000 real estate transactions, providing valuable insights and strategic advice tailored to their specific goals.
Currently, my portfolio includes newly constructed townhomes, and I am continuously seeking opportunities to expand and diversify this portfolio to align with evolving market trends and investor objectives.
